First off, before you ask, no, there aren't any pictures. Sorry! I'm having trouble with my photo editing software, so be patient with me, I'm working on it.
Gibson absolutely adores his little sister. Every time she is awake he wants to be holding her or interacting with her. If I put her on the floor, he is right there laying down with her . . . or on top of her (pictures to come). He likes to give her hugs, and sometimes they are full body hugs.
He is growing so tall! His head is right about even with the top of the counters, and they're three feet high. He never stops moving, so it's hard to gauge with his head bouncing up & down. He won't hold still long enough for me to measure him.
Gibson is very possessive lately, Sassy can't sniff his toys or go into his room. He doesn't want the people to go to church or the cars to park in the parking lot, because that's where he is and he doesn't want to share. This morning he told us that the boys can't look at Tabitha. His daddy agreed with that statement.
Tabitha is finally progressing. Not that she hasn't been growing, she has; she's almost out of her newborn clothes and can already wear some of the 0-3 month clothes (still in newborn diapers, if that give you any clue to her size). But she is finally doing more than eating, sleeping and crying, though she still does a lot of those, too! She is staying awake longer, and is getting more aware of her surroundings. She likes to look at the mobiles and recognizes Gibson - especially since he sticks his face right into hers.
She has started to vocalize a little bit, too. After she's been fed, if she's still awake, she likes to lay on the floor or in the crib and just look around making little cooing noises.
She has also started to sleep longer at night. She has started to go 4-5 hours between one feeding at night, and then wakes up around 5:00 a.m. So, I guess she's really only waking up one time per night, even though I consider 5:00 a.m. to be closer to midnight than to morning. :)
Today, Tabitha is five weeks old, adjusted age. On Thursday, she will be three months old. Time sure goes by quickly!

You are getting a newer photo editing program from Christmas (but don't tell anyone. It won't be the very latest, but it will be newer than what you have.
