Sunday, August 19, dawned cool and overcast, but not rainy like was predicted. Fortunately for us, because that was the day we had the fundraising walk for Colitis and Crohn's research. There were over 430 people participating and $53,219.00 has been raised to date. Brett and Candice Muckey joined James, Gibson and me at the event. Candice placed 275th, James 276th, Gibson 278th (which is wierd, since he was in front of James), Vinae 293rd, and for some reason, Brett placed 309th, even though he and I walked in at the same time.

Gibson slept for most of the walk, but woke up at then end, probably because of the final rush for the finish that James and Candice made.
