Christmas Morning

My family took the train from LA to Portland for Christmas. They arrived on the 23rd and leave on the 31st. We decided to put all the presents under the tree on Christmas Eve, after Gibson went to bed.

Gibson came downstairs Christmas morning and was surprised with all the stuff that was under the tree. He kept walking over and examining the stockings.

He stole this "choo-choo!" from one of the stockings - fortunately, it was from his.

Look, there's a bear over there!

Gibson was occupied with the contents of his stocking so much so that we almost couldn't tear him away to open his other presents.

Eventually we did get him to open other presents. By having him distribute the presents, we kept him interested. He helped open every present by throwing away the paper.
By the end of the pile, he was a pro at ripping the paper off the gifts.
Grandma was very excited about her presents.

Grandpa got a kick out of some of his presents.

Gibson got a lot of books; He LOVES to read!
