Shrek the Halls

We watched Shrek the Halls tonight - a half hour special with Shrek and the gang. We noticed about half way through that Gibson was watching the show. And then came Puss-In-Boots' scene where he was reciting the Night Before Christmas. Describing Santa Claws, "He wore a fine belt, and a leather cravat, and there's a cute fuzzy thing that hangs down from his . . . HAAT!" Whereupon Puss's eyes get big and he starts batting at the fuzzy thing.

Well, Gibson thought that was the funniest thing ever. He started giggling when Puss's eyes followed the fuzzy thing, and then laughed when Puss was batting at it. At first I thought it might be a fluke, so I backed up a bit and we watched it again, and again, Gibson laughed. We ended up watching it about 10 times altogether and Gibson laughed each time. Needless to say, I'm going to put Shrek The Halls on video so we can watch it again and again and again. Let the Christmas season begin!


Gibson likes watching the above video just as much as he likes Puss-In-Boots on the tv!
