Yesterday was such a beautiful March day, that we just had to get outside. My mom, Gibson and I went to the Tulip Festival in Woodburn. It was about 68 degrees outside, sunny & clear. It was the perfect day for being outside!
The Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm has over 40 acres of tulips and daffodils. We were lucky to go on a weekday when you don't have to pay admission. If you want to see more, go to http://www.woodenshoe.com/springshow.html
We could clearly see 4 of the 5 mountains - Mt. Hood (below), Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Jefferson. Because it was a little hazy, Mt. Ranier was totally hidden since it is the furthest away.

There were some rides for the kids. These "trains" looked very bumpy. One lady going by in a cow asked us with a grimacing smile, "Don't you wish you were here?" I was glad to pass.
